If you are presented with a file download security warning dialog like the one shown to the right, click the "Run" button to download and launch the remote support applet.
You may optionally save the applet to your local system if you would like to run it again at a later time. |

Once the applet is downloaded, you may be prompted to confirm that the software is safe to run. If you see a dialog like the one shown to the right, click the "Run" button to launch the applet. |

| Step 4. |
Once the applet is launched, you will see a dialog like the one shown to the right. A unique 9-digit station ID number and a 4-digit password will be displayed for your session.
Please provide these numbers to your support representative from TMI. A connection will be established with your computer, and the remote support session will begin at that point. |
