| Role/Status Processing |
Screenshots |

With this system, documents are only presented to users who belong to the appropriate group. The attached screenshot shows the complete set of documents, but internal security actually limits what each group can access at any point. As with most of our LibertyNET solutions, columns of icons are used to visually represent certain conditional statuses. A quick glance at any document list allows users to see the assigned role, processing status, and expiration status of each item. Expiration time and status are managed by server-side calculations in the database according to the document type that has been specified. This system also uses our exclusive
remote scan configuration for its numerous remote facilities.

| Demanding Response Time | |
|
This client guarantees a response time of 2 to 4 hours for every new request from its customers. All scanned documents, email, and faxes are immediately routed to a central group work queue for each of their three main business units. From there, any content can be routed to individual users or to another profit center. Our exclusive transaction history implementation is used to track details for all routing actions. This system also leverages custom integration with three internal client-side applications, and several server-side integrations for multiple points of metadata coordination and cross-linking. Once again, iconic columns are used to display critical expiration statuses which are calculated and maintained by automatic server-side database processes based on a variety of content conditions.

| High Volume Distribution | |
|
This customer's mail room receives up to 15,000 documents per day, so the need to route content quickly and efficiently was absolutely paramount. Documents are received and scanned in bulk using barcode separators to indicate burst points that are automatically processed on a special server. Mail room users display the burst documents and enter a key identifier that is used to perform a multi-field lookup from a third-party database. The document type is manually selected and the item is then routed to the appropriate recipient using a special two-tier distribution matrix. Users are able to route documents to other individuals and groups within the organization for continued processing. Iconic status columns, extensive server-side processing, and our transaction history implementation are all being used to ensure an extremely robust solution.

| Transaction History Reporting | |
|
A unique component of many TransMark-IT LibertyNET systems is our exclusive transaction history module. Practically any type document processing activity can be tracked and reported using specialized database techniques. As document transactions are recorded, the associated history for any single item or group of items can be displayed in sub-second time by using a custom reporting applet. Our
transaction history module and reporting applet have proven invaluable to several of our clients for the purposes of industry audits, internal management dashboards, and many other applications.
