Instructions for "Get LibertyNET Folder Size"
Step 1.   Click to initiate download.  Start by clicking the icon at the left to initiate downloading of the GetLNFS utility.
Step 2.
If you are presented with a file download security warning dialog like the one shown to the right, click the "Run" button to download and launch the remote support applet.

If you are running the utility on Windows7 or Server 2008, you will need to save the file and launch it as an Administrator.
Step 3.   Once the utility is downloaded, you will be prompted to confirm that the software is safe to run.  If you see a dialog like the one shown to the right, click the "Run" button to launch the utility.
Step 4.

Step 5.
When the utility is launched, you will be presented with a standard directory browser dialog.  Select the location that contains your LibertyNET "Folders" directories.
(e.g. \\server\lbrtyapp\folders is quite common)

Once you have selected a source directory, you will see the main utility window which should look similar to the dialog on the right.  A list of subdirectory names will be displayed, and a check mark will be shown whenever the utility locates a LibertyNET "XYZ" folder structure.

Click the Start button to have the utility begin gathering the counts and sizes of all document files in each of the listed subdirectories.  This process can take a few seconds to many minutes to complete depending on the content volume in your system.  Once the utility is finished gathering the statistics, you can press Ctrl-O to view/save a tab delimited file containing these results.
